Human Resource Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Specialist #HDC
Are you passionate about building high-performing teams and driving impactful people strategies We are looking for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and business partnering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, professional networks, educational institutions, and recruitment platforms.
- Provide HR advisory support to managers on employee relations matters, HR policies, workforce planning, and people management best practices.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on workplace concerns, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and organisational initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and integration programmes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Support internship and talent development programmes, including stakeholder engagement and programme administration.
- Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to talent attraction, retention, and employee value proposition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders on HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, or HR Business Partnering functions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with SAP or HR systems will be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
