Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group
- Strategic workforce planning in ensuring the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
- Succession planning through selection and developing key talents to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
- Actively participates in annual budget planning/labor forecasting process with business partners
- Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions)
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance
- Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.)
- Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement
- Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management
- Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover
- Partners with Payroll HRIS and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant area of study is preferred
- HR experience required with minimum 6 years of business partnering/recruiting/sourcing experience and at least 3 years in a Corporate HR Operation environment
- Good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee and union relations, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with all levels of the organization
- Possess working knowledge of local employment legislation and practices, and statutory programmes
- Candidates who have Technology Industry experiences would be preferred
