Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice and operational support.
- Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary cases, grievances, and performance issues.
- Advise employees on HR policies and procedures to foster engagement and productivity.
- Support HR programs including performance reviews, engagement activities, and compliance exercises.
- Oversee pass applications and renewals for foreign hires.
- Contribute to HR process improvements and participate in HR projects as needed.

- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
