About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and the HR Director to support the Group's people agenda across talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR business partnering. You will provide practical HR support to leaders, contribute to workforce planning, employee engagement, and people development initiatives, and help drive key HR processes that support business goals. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Business Partnering & Talent Strategy
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, onboarding, and people development.
- Provide HR advisory on organisational design, succession planning, and workforce effectiveness.
- Support performance management and coach managers in building high-performing teams.
- Guide leaders through key employee lifecycle moments with timely advice and feedback.
- Drive core HR processes including performance reviews, probation, and workforce planning.
- Leverage HR data to support recruitment, manpower planning, and process improvements.
- Partner with HR Operations to deliver compliant, efficient, and employee-centric HR practices.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across the Group, from sourcing through to offer management.
- Build quality talent pipelines using diverse sourcing channels.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience that supports successful integration into the business.
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Champion the Group's culture and foster a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support the planning, manpower coordination, and execution of key company events (e.g. AES/Beauty Fiesta), including roster planning, employee communications, and stakeholder coordination.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and/or Talent Acquisition, ideally in consumer goods or a fast-paced environment.
- Highly resilient, adaptable, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment across diverse stakeholders, and exercise sound judgement with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience partnering with PME (Part 4 workforce is a bonus) and building effective teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to support key company events, including occasional work outside regular office hours and on weekends, as required for major Group events.
