Human Resource Business Partner, Healthcare

What you'll be doing

• Partner with business managers to provide HR advice and guidance on HR practices, policies, and employment legislation

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing coordination, and delivering a positive candidate experience

• Oversee the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, grievance handling, and offboarding

• Review, draft and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with government regulations

• Support the development of efficient HR processes and internal workflows to enhance operational effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline

• 4 - 6 years of working experience with HR business partnering in Healthcare

• Good understanding of local employment practices and HR policies

• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
