What you'll be doing
Partner with business managers to provide HR advice and guidance on HR practices, policies, and employment legislation
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing coordination, and delivering a positive candidate experience
Oversee the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, grievance handling, and offboarding
Review, draft and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with government regulations
Support the development of efficient HR processes and internal workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
What we're looking for
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
4 - 6 years of working experience with HR business partnering in Healthcare
Good understanding of local employment practices and HR policies
Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
