Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner

We are pleased to be partnering with a renowned institution that is expanding its regional presence and remains deeply committed to excellence in learning and people development. As the organisation enters a significant phase of growth and transformation, it is strengthening its people capabilities to support scalability, change, and long-term sustainability.

To support this next stage, the organisation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with leaders across the region. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR generalist who is keen to play an active role in organisational transformation while continuing to broaden their HR expertise.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple markets. You will support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to the design and implementation of people initiatives aligned with the organisation's evolving strategy.

This hybrid role blends operational HR delivery with advisory and project-based responsibilities. As the organisation modernises its people practices, you will be actively involved in initiatives focused on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and culture. The position offers meaningful exposure to regional HR matters within a collaborative and values-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with leaders across the technology and product teams, acting as a trusted HR partner and providing practical, business-aligned guidance on a wide spectrum of generalist matters. This includes employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development. You will equip managers to handle people issues confidently and consistently, while ensuring adherence to internal policies and local employment laws.

The role will also support organisational change arising from growth, restructuring, or shifting business priorities. You will assist with change management efforts, communications planning, and the implementation of updated HR policies, frameworks, and processes.

A key priority will be driving continuous enhancement of regional HR practices. You will contribute to initiatives such as policy harmonisation, succession and talent planning, employee engagement programmes, and improvements to HR systems and reporting. In partnership with HR peers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help deliver scalable and commercially sound people solutions aligned with long-term strategic goals.

Additionally, you will support governance and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, coordinate with external advisors where needed, and strengthen manager capability through coaching and guidance on effective people leadership.

About You

The successful candidate will have 610 years of progressive HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience, ideally gained in complex or multi-stakeholder environments. Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations will be highly advantageous.

You are comfortable operating in environments that are evolving and not yet fully standardised, and you enjoy building structure, improving processes, and introducing new ways of working. You bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach, combined with the ability to think critically and provide thoughtful, balanced advice to stakeholders at all levels.

Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and sound judgement are essential, along with the ability to balance empathy with business needs. You are organised, adaptable, and resilient, with a genuine interest in contributing to organisational growth and creating positive employee experiences. This role will suit someone who is curious, innovative, and motivated by the opportunity to be part of a meaningful transformation journey within a mission-driven organisation.
