We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support day-to-day HR operations and partner with business leaders on people-related matters.
HRBP will work closely with managers and employees on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, staff engagement, and HR policy implementation. The role also supports manpower planning and organisational initiatives to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers on hiring needs, manpower planning, and employee matters
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Support performance review and employee development activities
- Handle employee relations issues and provide HR advisory support
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with Singapore employment regulations
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
- Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare HR reports and support HR projects when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Able to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at different levels
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
