Key Responsibilities
- Act as Regional HR Business Partner for assigned departments, delivering end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage employee relations matters, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment and addressing issues in line with organisational policies.
- Own and maintain accurate HRIS data, providing HR reporting, insights, and analysis.
- Lead designated HR functional areas (e.g. recruitment, L&D, performance management, compensation & benefits, policies and processes).
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Represent the region in global HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with regional and global HR stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience handling employee relations issues, including grievances and conflict management.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Ability to leverage HR data to identify, diagnose, and resolve HR issues.
- Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Solid understanding of core HR practices across multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
