Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Regional HR Business Partner for assigned departments, delivering end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage employee relations matters, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment and addressing issues in line with organisational policies.
  • Own and maintain accurate HRIS data, providing HR reporting, insights, and analysis.
  • Lead designated HR functional areas (e.g. recruitment, L&D, performance management, compensation & benefits, policies and processes).
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Represent the region in global HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with regional and global HR stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience handling employee relations issues, including grievances and conflict management.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Ability to leverage HR data to identify, diagnose, and resolve HR issues.
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Solid understanding of core HR practices across multiple HR disciplines.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
