We are looking for a reliable, independent HR Executive to take full ownership of our human resources and payroll functions on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle-from recruitment and work pass management to payroll and tax clearance. This role is perfect for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys autonomy and is well-versed in Singapore's regulatory landscape.
Talent Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings on job portals, interview scheduling, and preparing employment contracts/letters.
Payroll & CPF: Process monthly payroll using Opensoft, including CPF contributions and GIRO payments.
Work Pass Administration: Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations for EP, S Pass, and Work Permits, ensuring compliance with the COMPASS framework.
Tax Compliance: Prepare annual IR8A submissions and handle IR21 (Tax Clearance) for departing foreign employees.
Benefits & Leave: Track attendance and leave via the e-leave system manage government claims (Maternity, Childcare, NS leave).
Employee Relations: Maintain and update the Staff Handbook and HR policies in line with the latest Tripartite Guidelines.
Office Welfare: Conduct onboarding/offboarding, manage company insurance renewals/claims, and organize staff welfare activities.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience in Singapore.
Technical Proficiency: experience with Opensoft (Payroll/Leave) is an added advantage and deep familiarity with MOM (EPOL/myMOM), CPF, and IRAS portals.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.
Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken) to draft formal HR documents and letters.
Attributes: Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
