Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding - Sourcing perm/contract candidates, interview arrangements, process shortlisted candidate, conduct searches before hiring. Work pass applications, renewals. Manage onboarding of new employees orientation. Manages an organization's workforce (about 106 headcount), overseeing the employee lifecycle including resignation (offboarding) compensation management and conflict resolution.
  • Payroll Administration - Process monthly/supp payroll for both local & expats employees in a timely manner via HR system. Prepare & ensure accuracy of annual bonus & increment payouts for MD & HQ.
  • Leave portal - Manage employee leave applications, add new joiners. Add replacement leave requests when required.
  • Income tax - Prepare & process staff annual income tax. Provide expats income data to our tax agent - KPMG, manage tax clearance IR21 for resigned employees & expats.
  • Statutory Claims - Process Childcare/maternity claims annually.
  • Insurance portal - Manage deletions & additions of employees.
  • Training & Compensation - Handle ad-hoc training requests for employees. Process resigned staff compensation.
  • Employee Grievances - Mediating conflicts, handling workplace grievances, complaints and maintaining a healthy company culture. Also acts as a bridge between management and staff to address grievances, mediate disputes, and enforce disciplinary procedures.
  • Employee requests - PR applications or any other requests which need to assist is providing data. Prepare & issue certification letters whenever required. All any other ad-hoc requests by employees.
  • Supporting Role - Assist to cover GA task when required (backup purpose)
