JOB PURPOSE
The jobholder oversees the operational and strategic aspects of the Human Resource Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities and Duties (90%)
- Oversee all aspects of HRM functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Trainings and Payroll.
- Formulate and implement HR programmes and policies.
- Handle all staff grievances cases.
- Conduct induction programme.
- Liaise with SNB, recruitment agencies and government agencies for manpower related matters.
- Oversees all staff welfare and associated activities.
- Handle all aspects of Learning & Development for staff.
- Handle management of CorpPass / 2FA.
- Handle all mobile phones and allowance tracking.
- Handle the CST - HR Projects.
Secondary Responsibilities and duties (10%)
- Review existing policies regularly.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
