Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The jobholder oversees the operational and strategic aspects of the Human Resource Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (90%)

  • Oversee all aspects of HRM functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Trainings and Payroll.
  • Formulate and implement HR programmes and policies.
  • Handle all staff grievances cases.
  • Conduct induction programme.
  • Liaise with SNB, recruitment agencies and government agencies for manpower related matters.
  • Oversees all staff welfare and associated activities.
  • Handle all aspects of Learning & Development for staff.
  • Handle management of CorpPass / 2FA.
  • Handle all mobile phones and allowance tracking.
  • Handle the CST - HR Projects.

Secondary Responsibilities and duties (10%)

  • Review existing policies regularly.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
