Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing potential talent, as well as managing the onboarding process and maintaining employee records
Lead in employee engagement by planning and organising cohesion events, corporate trips, and luncheons.
Involve building and maintaining strong professional relationships with our hiring partners, strategic organisations, and internal stakeholders.
Handle basic accounts tracking and general administrative duties. This role is based in Singapore, with occasional overseas travel required.

Language Proficiency: As this role requires liaising with regional partners and international stakeholders, proficiency in English is essential.
Fluency in additional languages (such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Indonesia, Korean, or Hindi) is an advantage to better facilitate communication with our regional offices and partners.
