Job Description

Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a passionate and driven Human Resource Executive (HR Generalist) to support our expanding organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, this generalist role will require you to manage a wide spectrum of HR functions-including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. You will play a key role in executing HR strategies, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain accurate HR record and prepare reports for management review.
  • Process payroll accurately and ensure timely submission.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: attracting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with department heads to understand and address HR needs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including performance support and conflict resolution.
  • Provide general administrative and HR support to employees.
  • Assist with corporate activities and events, venue bookings, meetings, sourcing maintenance vendors, and arranging hampers.
  • Support freight forwarding administrative tasks when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (HR certifications are an advantage).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR documentation and administrative experience.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and government portals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Infotech HRMS is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
