Job Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, including quotations, material sourcing, scheduling, resource planning and cost control.
- Review engineering requirements and drawings design shop fabrication drawings to client specifications.
- Provide technical guidance on steel material selection, fabrication methods and welding processes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g. inspection forms, material certificates, CIPL) and coordinate inspections with QC and clients.
- Monitor site progress, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, conduct risk assessments and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Naval Architecture, Structural, Marine Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Offshore and Marine industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD strong knowledge of steel materials, fabrication, welding processes, NDT and engineering codes/standards able to interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks within schedule and budget constraints.
