Hub Supervisor, SPX Express

Job Description:

• Report to Hub Ops Lead
• Monitor productivity and allocate resources accordingly
• Ensure compliance of SPX sorting processes and protocols
• Document daily updates on the document and sorting quantity
• Resolve any discrepancies during inbound process

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma and above in any field
• Open to rotating shifts and flexible arrangements due to peak seasons and business needs
• 1-3 years of experience dealing with warehouse operations and external logistic parties
• Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams
• Keen leader who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment
