HUB OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and ensure that manpower, inventory, and operational activities are efficiently managed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth warehouse operations, supervising employees, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring that operational and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations.
• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment and work schedules.
• Supervise warehouse staff and monitor their daily performance.
• Coordinate receiving, sorting, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure accurate handling and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
• Maintain proper warehouse records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, drivers, customers, and other departments on delivery and warehouse requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance with company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays.
• Implement improvements to warehouse processes and workflow.
• Conduct staff briefings and provide guidance and training where required.
• Ensure warehouse equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned by Management.
