Job Description

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of lease agreements
  • Provide administrative support to Finance, Legal, Facility Management, and Operations teams
  • Maintain and update the property database for accurate record-keeping
  • Identify and assess potential business and legal risks before finalizing agreements, offering guidance for risk mitigation
  • Manage contracts and landlord relationships to ensure business continuity and compliance


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Law is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good attitude and strong ownership in the projects
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
