We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to support, implement, and monitor the company's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) framework across project operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards, while promoting a strong safety culture across worksites.
The HSE Manager will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to oversee HSE performance, conduct inspections and investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental management.
Support and monitor the implementation of the company's HSE strategy across projects
Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE legislation, regulations, standards, and company policies
Develop, review, and maintain HSE procedures and Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe acts or conditions and follow up on corrective actions
Lead or support accident and incident investigations, ensuring timely reporting and preventive measures
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records
Establish and support HSE training and awareness programmes to strengthen safety culture
Monitor updates to HSE-related legislation and advise management on compliance requirements
Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to the HSE team
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders on HSE matters
Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned by project management
Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental studies or a related discipline
NEBOSH IGC or other recognised safety certification
Lead Auditor certification
At least 10 years of relevant HSE experience in oil & gas, EPC, or EPCI project environments
Experience in offshore or large-scale project operations is an advantage
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory requirements
Good organisational, analytical, and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to travel to project sites, fabrication yards, or offshore locations as required
