HSE Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) to manage and implement HSE programs for Singapore, in alignment with Group and Divisional Safety & Sustainability standards.

The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting operational safety, managing workplace risks, and promoting a strong safety culture across all sites. This position works closely with operations teams, site leaders, and regulatory authorities to support safe and compliant daily operations.

. Implement and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures
. Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (MOM, SCDF, NEA, LTA)
. Perform Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) duties under MOM requirements
. Investigate incidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses and prepare reports
. Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and statutory submissions
. Manage contractor safety programs, medical surveillance, and industrial hygiene monitoring
. Support fire safety requirements, environmental compliance, and facilities related activities
. Coordinate safety training, inductions, drills, and safety campaigns
. Track HSE performance and prepare regular reports for management and Group HSE

Requirements:
. Dip/Deg in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field
. Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM, Singapore
. At least 5-8 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in industrial or multi site environments.
. Minimally 3 years of experience in Supervisory role
. Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and regulatory requirements
. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
