Performing in-process and planning audit for supplier
Computing data for analyzing
Create accurate and timely Certificate Of Confirmation for customers including Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing process
Follow up Third Party Inspection process which includes requesting for endorsement
Follow up and review Non-Destructive Examination reports
Review of new work order before in-coming process
Review to assess the Mill Certificate
Support reviewing dimension log sheet when required
Support ZMES system updating when required
Monitors and analyze sub-contractors quality-productions data and ensure the effectiveness of containment measure taken and robust actions to drive for improvement
Continuous Improvement suggestion to improve the internal QHSE, supplier delivery, quality and capability performance
Authority to identify products and materials, raise quality alerts or stop the procurement, manufacture, test or shipment of any product or material that does not meet the standards and specifications set forth by the company
Coordinate internal and external QHSE incident investigation
Provide timely Root Cause Analysis of QHSE incident
Collaborate with Scheduler, Sales, Demand and Quality team for documentation issuing
Coordinate supplier review and approval activities, approves supplier for ASL
Perform QHSE internal and external system audit
Perform internal QHSE training when required
Participate as a member in QHSE Committee, ERT
Inspect, test or measure materials or products being produced.
Measure products with variety of gauges and measurement instrument.
Accept or reject item as per print, specification or customer requirements.
Put non-conformance products on hold Record and report inspections result
Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT
O Level or equivalent
Familiar with parts manufactured by turning, milling, boring, drilling, etc.
Good knowledge in API, ISO, TSLI, ASME and other standards relevant to the Business
Experience with state-of-the-art inspection equipment.
Minimum 3 years relevant quality experience
Knowledge in HSE (Lifting Operation, Working with Machinery, Forklift Operation, and Risk Management)
