Health & Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety laws and company policies. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Training & Awareness Provide safety induction and ongoing training for employees and contractors. Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain HSE records, such as incident reports, safety meeting minutes, and inspection checklists. Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Emergency Preparedness Develop and implement emergency response plans. Coordinate drills and exercises (fire drills, evacuation procedures, etc.).
Environmental Management Monitor waste disposal, emissions, and other environmental aspects. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
