Job responsibilities:
- Participate in risk management activities
- Conduct HSE inspection
- Identify unsafe condition & act
- Implement corrective & preventive actions
- Conduct investigation on incidents
- Conduct HSE training, including safety induction
- Participate in HSE safety committee
- Assess permit-to-work (PTW) & maintain HSE document
- Professional knowledge in Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental
- Able to manage subcontractors and lead workers
Requirements
- Advance WSH certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry with 3 years of LTA projects experience
- Possess a Scaffold Safety Supervisor Course certificate
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain Environmental and WSH topics, conduct trainings when required
- Able to do rotating shifts
- Able to work at Changi area
