Working for a development company within the Data Centre industry, our client has a strong presence in Singapore. The organization oversees complex construction and development projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. For this role, you'll be part of a team delivering a large-scale data center project with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental performance.

Your new role

As an HSE Coordinator, you will:

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies on-site in line with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate safety training and toolbox talks for contractors and site personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions, and prepare reports for management.
• Support the development and review of safety plans, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to promote a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in emergency preparedness planning and drills.

What you'll need to succeed

• You'll have a diploma or degree in occupational health and safety, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in construction safety, preferably on data center or large-scale projects, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Singapore safety regulations and MOM requirements is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence safe practices on-site are key.
