Overview
We are seeking an HRIT Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The role is responsible for ensuring system stability, supporting integrations with SAP HANA, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications, while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to deliver reliable HR technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Manage incidents, service requests, system enhancements, and production support.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with SAP HANA, ServiceNow, and other downstream systems.
- Support payroll processing, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR master data management.
- Manage user access, role-based security, and compliance with audit and data privacy requirements.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, testing (SIT/UAT), and release activities.
- Maintain system documentation and drive continuous improvements through automation and process optimization.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS integrations (SAP HANA, ServiceNow, middleware, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes, application support, incident management, and change management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP administration and integration.
- SAP HANA and ServiceNow integration support.
- ITSM processes, user access management, and audit compliance.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
