SAP SuccessFactors implementation across Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, and Australia.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regional execution of a large-scale
SAP SuccessFactors implementation across APAC, India, Middle East, and Australia. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will drive project delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change readiness to ensure successful implementation across multiple countries and business entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional project plans, timelines, dependencies, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate HR, IT, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders across APAC & IMEA.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Support regional readiness, testing, training, cutover, and change management activities.
- Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and executive reporting.
- Ensure alignment with global project objectives, processes, and implementation standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience leading regional or multi-country projects.
- Proven experience delivering HRIS implementations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, and governance frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed, multicultural environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Experience
- SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- HR transformation, digitalization, or enterprise system deployment programs.
- APAC and IMEA regional project delivery experience.
