- Define and maintain the HRIS domain architecture, including core HR, payroll, talent management, workforce planning, learning, performance, and employee data platforms.
- Translate Group HR strategy into a coherent HRIS solution roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture principles and technology standards.
- Ensure long‑term platform sustainability, vendor fit, and scalability across countries and business units.
Governance & Standards
- Act as the design authority for all HRIS‑related initiatives, changes, and investments.
- Establish and enforce domain standards for data models, integrations, security, identity, and access management within HR systems.
- Review and approve HRIS solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data protection, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary technology partner to Group HR leadership, ensuring shared understanding of capabilities, constraints, and trade‑offs.
- Lead architectural engagement with HRIS vendors and system integrators, including platform selection, contract input, and roadmap alignment.
- Influence cross‑functional stakeholders across Finance, IT Security, Legal, and Data teams to ensure integrated outcomes.
- Work closely with Group P&C to support the ongoing evolution, operational effectiveness and adoption of the Group's HR technology landscape.
Enterprise Integration & Data
- Ensure HRIS platforms integrate effectively with ERP, finance, identity, analytics, and downstream operational systems.
- Define HR master data ownership, data quality standards, and lifecycle management in partnership with Data & Analytics teams.
Risk, Compliance & Security
- Ensure HR systems comply with local labor regulations, data privacy laws, and internal risk controls across jurisdictions.
- Partner with Security and Risk functions to address identity, access, segregation of duties, and sensitive employee data protection.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology roles, with significant exposure to HRIS, ERP, or people systems at group or regional scale.
