Role: HRIS BA - Banking and Financial

Job Type: Contract for 2 years

Location: Singapore

Job Summary:

The role requires strong expertise in HRIS platforms, business analysis, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance within highly regulated financial environments. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, developing functional documentation (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories), supporting system integrations, leading user acceptance testing, and delivering training to HR, Payroll, Risk, and Compliance users.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HRIS experience, including at least 3 years supporting Banking and Financial Services organizations;
• Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft), including implementation, transformation, migration, and system enhancement projects;
• Strong business analysis expertise with experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, test scenarios, and managing UAT activities;
• Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS governance, data security, access controls, payroll integrations, and regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and audit requirements;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience training and supporting HR, Payroll, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams within regulated environments.

Desired Skills:

• Professional certifications in HRIS, Business Analysis, Project Management, or HR Technology (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) are highly preferred;
• Experience supporting global HR operations and leading digital HR transformation initiatives within large, complex, and highly regulated financial institutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR, Payroll, Risk, Compliance, and IT stakeholders, translating them into functional HRIS solutions.
• Lead and support HRIS implementation, transformation, upgrade, migration, and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity, security, access controls, and compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.
• Plan and execute system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver user training, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive HRIS adoption, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
