HRIS and Organization Reporting, Manager

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a respected organization in the consumer sector to appoint a HRIS and Organization Reporting Manager. Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and full compliance with the global data governance framework.

Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you will manage regional reporting across HR platforms, oversee dashboards, support the adoption of global analytics solutions and conduct data analysis to inform workforce planning. In addition, you will work with HR Technology teams on system enhancements, take part in testing cycles and provide training to HR users on organizational management processes and HR systems.

You will lead reporting activities and collaborate with the Global People Data & Analytics team to deliver accurate, meaningful insights that support business decisionmaking. You will maintain organizational structures in Workday, support organization changes, steward job architecture and act as the escalation point for complex data issues. You will also oversee the implementation of data privacy and retention policies, develop regional data maintenance guidelines and drive strong data quality through audits, controls and performance measures.

The ideal candidate will bring about at least 5 to 8 years of progressive experience and a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Prior experience in using Workday, along with strong ownership, analytical ability, stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.

Budget: SGD100,000 to SGD120,000
