Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with one of our successful clients to appoint a HRIS and Analytics Manager for their team based in Singapore. While they have achieved remarkable growth in terms of revenue, our client is committed to continuous reinvention within the organization itself.
Reporting directly to the Director of HR Operations for APAC, the HRIS and Analytics Manager will establish and execute the overall strategy, policies and infrastructure to support the organization in exponential growth. You will work closely with HR partners, business stakeholders, and the technology team to execute core organizational data processes and resolve complex data issues.
As a Workday superuser, this individual will oversee regional reporting and collaborate with the Global People Data & Analytics team to deliver highquality insights that support datadriven decisionmaking. As part of continuous improvement, the HRIS and Analytics Manager will support system enhancements, participate in testing, and provide training to HR users on organizational management processes.
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree and brings at least 7 years of experience in HR data and reporting within a global HCM environment, preferably Workday. You should demonstrate strong ownership of data governance, a processdriven mindset, analytical capability, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. If you are energized by building structure, improving data quality, and enabling insights that shape organizational decisions, this would be the role for you!
