Lead the implementation, integration and configuration of HRIS and core HR processes.
Ensure data integrity to include quality, accuracy, security, and consistency of HR data by implementing adequate processes, audits and backup systems.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and lead the development of advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to support HR functions.
Manage day-to-day activities of the HRIS, including system support, maintenance and documentation.
Oversee all system upgrades, process enhancements, budgeting and forecasting of current and future HRIS needs in partnership with the IT department.
Provide insights on key HR metrics, including retention, recruitment, performance, and diversity and benchmark data to industry standards to provide competitive insights.
Oversee the proposal and design of SLAs for the function and is responsible for the team meeting all defined SLA's for the operation.
Actively identify and resolve issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and HRIS integrations.
Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, including data protection laws and related regulations for all HR-related systems.
Ensure reporting solutions, insights, analytical tools, and dashboards deliver actionable and accurate data to end users.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in HR data analytics.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
