Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner (AI, Culture & Organizational Development) to drive business performance through people, culture, and technology.

In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders across multiple regions to align HR strategies with organizational goals, strengthen leadership capability, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Beyond traditional HR Business Partner responsibilities, you will lead AI-driven HR transformation initiatives, leverage people analytics to support data-driven decision-making, optimize HR processes through automation, and champion organizational development initiatives that enable sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and change management.
  • Support leaders in making data-driven people decisions through workforce insights and analytics.
  • Drive leadership capability and organizational effectiveness across regional and global teams.

AI & Digital HR Transformation

  • Lead the adoption of AI and digital technologies to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
  • Identify opportunities to automate HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive AI-enabled HR initiatives, including:
  • Recruitment automation
  • HR policy chatbots
  • Performance analytics dashboards
  • Employee self-service platforms
  • Promote responsible and ethical AI adoption while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence

  • Develop HR dashboards and workforce reports using Lark, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce metrics including: Headcount, Attrition and retention, Hiring quality, Performance distribution, Internal mobility

Employee engagement

  • Workforce productivity
  • Translate HR data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Support workforce planning and talent forecasting.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Lead the end-to-end performance management process, including probation reviews, KPI/OKR alignment, annual performance reviews, promotions, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent.
  • Drive succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Coach managers on performance management and employee development.

Organizational Development & Change Management

  • Design and implement organizational development initiatives to improve business effectiveness.
  • Support organizational restructuring, workforce optimization, and transformation projects.
  • Lead leadership development and management capability-building programs.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support business growth and organizational agility.

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Champion the company's vision, mission, values, and leadership principles across regional offices.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Lead employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Organize employee engagement events, leadership town halls, learning programs, and internal communications.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and leverage people analytics to continuously improve employee experience.
  • Partner with Marketing and Internal Communications to strengthen employer branding.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support policy development and HR governance while maintaining confidentiality and fair HR practices.

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead regional and global HR transformation initiatives.
  • Drive HR process optimization, digitalization, and standardization.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
  • Continuously improve HR service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience supporting regional or global business functions within a multinational organization.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or other fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, culture transformation, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Experience leading HR digitalization, AI adoption, HR systems implementation, or HR technology initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in people analytics, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR technology, AI applications, Microsoft Excel, and HR analytics tools.
