Position Title: HRBP Leader (Southeast Asia)
Location: Singapore (Confidential company)
Role Overview:
This role serves as the senior Human Resources Business Partner lead for Southeast Asia, acting as a strategic advisor to business leadership while driving end-to-end HR initiatives. The position focuses on aligning people strategy with business growth, building scalable HRBP frameworks, and leading regional HR teams to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with senior business leaders across Southeast Asia (with a focus on Singapore) to translate business strategy into actionable HR plans
- Build and continuously optimize the HRBP model, covering organizational development, performance management, talent review, and succession planning
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent structure to improve efficiency and scalability
- Lead strategic hiring initiatives, especially for key leadership and critical roles
- Drive performance management and incentive systems aligned with business outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional HR team (including HRBP, COE, and HR Operations)
- Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local labor laws across multiple countries
- Champion company culture and support cross-cultural integration across diverse teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP capacity; experience in internet/technology/platform companies preferred
- Proven experience supporting multi-country or regional operations (Southeast Asia experience strongly preferred)
- Strong expertise in organizational development and talent management, with the ability to lead complex initiatives independently
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, with the ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams
- Solid knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia labor laws and compliance practices
- Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
