The Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead a team of HR Business Partners and play a crucial role in ensuring the consistency of delivery of HR policies, processes, and standardization across business units.
The role will work with Heads of Department to drive manpower planning initiatives, cost optimization initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. This is a player coach role, taking ownership of large Business Units as their HR business partner and also to lead the junior HRBPs in the partnering of their assigned communities.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners optimizing efficiency and collaboration ensuring a fair and even distribution of workload, goals are set and attained as well as individual .development plans are in place with a growth mindset culture.
- Oversee and guide change management initiatives and manpower optimization initiatives for succession planning and alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure the uniform application of HR policies and processes across business units and HR teams.
- Provide progressive, people-centric HR solutions that deliver measurable results for the organization.
- Recognizes the significant critical issues currently facing and anticipated for the business. Partners with business leadership to align HR priorities with strategic business needs.
- Drive employee engagement activities across assigned business units.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Business partnering and stakeholder management within both a white collar and unionized organization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Capable of influencing and building relationships at all organizational levels.
- This role will be office based in West part of Singapore with working from home flexibility after confirmation.
