Job Description

This position will be responsible for managing the human resource and office administration functions for Meetsocial's agency personnel in its Singapore office and the distributed team in the Unites States. The position is based in our Singapore office and reports to the SVP of International in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing work pass applications (if applicable), and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Support payroll processes by coordinating necessary employee data, benefits deductions, and leave tracking in collaboration with finance/payroll teams.

Administer company health insurance plans, ensuring timely enrollment, renewals, and communication of benefits to employees.

Develop and deliver training programs for staff in areas such as sales, project costing, project management, client communications, and internal systems.

Coordinate recruiting efforts of hiring managers and provide support as necessary.

Thoroughly understand various daily subsidy policies of the Singaporean government. Track the progress of subsidy applications, communicate and coordinate with relevant government departments in a timely manner, resolve problems arising during the application process, and ensure that employees can receive the government subsidies they deserve on time.

Manage staff welfare initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, workplace perks, and well-being programs to foster a positive work environment.

Oversee office management, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workplace, including office space planning, vendor management, and facilities coordination.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in Internet, gaming, or e-commerce firms.

3.Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.

4.Excellent recruitment skills with experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and Singapore Labor Law.

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

7. Native English skills are required; intermediate Mandarin skills are also necessary.

8. Minimum 4 years in an HR role in a large international company.
