岗位职责

• 协助 HRBP 对接业务部门,支持业务部门会议及会后事项跟踪
• 参与员工入职、转正、离职等流程性事务的跟进与执行
• 协助维护员工信息系统(花名册、组织架构、基础数据等)
• 参与人力资源数据的整理、统计与基础分析,输出相关报表
• 支持 HRBP 在绩效、培训、人才发展、组织文化等项目中的落地执行

任职要求

• 本科及以上在读,人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理、社会学等相关专业优先
• 对 HRBP / 业务型 HR 工作有兴趣,愿意深入了解业务
• 工作响应及时,具备良好的沟通能力,逻辑清晰,工作细心,有责任感
• 熟练使用 Office,熟练使用飞书沟通软件(多维表单)
