Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading China-headquartered fintech firm to appoint an HRBP Director to support the growth and development of their regional international hub in Singapore. This is a newly created, high-impact leadership role within a fast-growing and innovative organisation expanding its presence across Asia and global markets.

Based in Singapore, the HRBP Director will serve as a strategic people partner to senior business leaders across multiple markets. The role will be responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives, enabling organisational growth, enhancing workforce effectiveness, and driving key talent initiatives across the region.

Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, the HRBP Director will provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening business capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting transformational change initiatives within a dynamic fintech environment.

Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, the HRBP Director will collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations, to deliver integrated people solutions that support business priorities. The role will influence and challenge leadership teams while ensuring HR strategies remain commercially focused and aligned with organisational goals.

The HRBP Director will also provide guidance on employee relations matters, organisational effectiveness, and cross-border people issues, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies across multiple jurisdictions. Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments will be essential.

The successful candidate will bring significant HR Business Partnering experience within fintech, technology, financial services, or other fast-paced, high-growth industries. Proven experience supporting regional business leaders across multiple countries, driving strategic HR initiatives, and partnering with senior stakeholders is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices, combined with regional exposure and commercial acumen, will be critical for success.
