Location: Seletar Aerospace
Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across HR operations and processes
- Track and manage work pass applications and renewals (e.g., EP, S Pass, Work Permit) in compliance with MOM requirements
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems for new hires, contractors, interns, and service providers
- Support recruitment events
- Coordinate and support internal events and HR initiatives (e.g., onboarding sessions, audiometric tests, employee engagement activities, focus groups)
- Prepare HR documents such as employment certification letters, medical forms, and other employee-related correspondence
- Administer employee benefits enrolment, including Group Insurance and flexible benefits (Flex Dollars)
- Support payroll-related administration (e.g., data collation, verification) where required
- Manage and update internal communications and social media platforms with company events and employer branding content
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with HR system (Success Factor) and digital tools
