Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring an HRBP (Associate Manager / Manager Level) with a bachelor's degree or above and proven end-to-end local Singapore HR experience, as the dedicated Human Resource Business Partner embedded in our business team. You will support core talent recruitment, fully align all workflows with regulatory requirements from MOM and CPF, bridge global HQ HR policies and customized business needs, to ensure compliant workforce operations and efficient organizational expansion

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Business Alignment & Core Recruitment Suppo

rt:Deeply engage with business leaders to break down talent requirements, deliver full-cycle recruitment for key roles, pre-vet foreign candidates to meet MOM's basic foreign employment standards, build exclusive talent pipelines via local industry channels, and deliver business-aligned talent strategy references based on the latest MOM and CPF policy updates.

Ø Full-Lifecycle Employee Experience & Compliance Management:

Build a business-tailored onboarding framework aligned with the Employment Act, complete MOM onboarding notification and CPF account registration simultaneously; oversee full offboarding workflows for the business line to ensure accurate statutory submissions to both authorities; update MOM and CPF systems in real time for all employee transfers to keep all records traceable.

Ø Attendance, Payroll & Organizational Efficiency Coordination:

Implement shift-adapted attendance and leave rules for the business, with all records meeting the dual standards of MOM employment audit and CPF calculation. Collaborate with payroll teams to verify business line salaries and complete monthly CPF filing fully per regulatory requirements, and deliver regular workforce efficiency analysis reports.

Ø Regulatory Liaison & Team Enablement:

Act as the business-side core interface for MOM and CPF, support the HQ team to deliver full work pass processing and official audit responses, track latest regulations to iterate internal business management rules, conduct regular employment risk assessments for business scenarios; deliver localized employment compliance training for line managers to upskill their independent management capabilities.

Ø Document & Compliance Backstop Management:

Properly retain all business line personnel files per statutory requirements, ensure all business-side HR correspondences meet MOM and CPF format standards, and fully prepare for official audits at any time.

Requirements:

Ø Bachelor's degree or above, HR management related majors preferred;

Ø 3+ years of hands-on HRBP experience in Singapore, 1+ years of core business line recruitment support experience, familiar with the local talent market characteristics of the corresponding industry;

Ø in-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, core MOM and CPF rules, proven hands-on experience liaising with both authorities for business-related submissions and audits;

Ø proficient in mainstream HR systems and efficiency analysis tools, fluent in English for independent official communication, strictly adhere to personnel confidentiality, capable of responding to complex business HR issues promptly.
