Job Description
- Act as the primary HR Business Partner for employees and leaders across Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior business leaders and investment professionals
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives
- Support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness across the regional platform
- Manage employee relations matters and provide commercially focused guidance on complex people issues
- Partner with global HR teams to deliver compensation, promotion and talent management processes
- Drive continuous improvement projects while overseeing key employee lifecycle activities across the region
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Candidate Would Have The Following
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated HR Business Partner role supporting multiple APAC markets
- 7+ years of relevant HR experiences
- Strong expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, compensation and talent processes
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders within a complex business environment
- Experience partnering with commercially driven teams in fast-paced organisations
- Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices across APAC markets
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic business partnering with hands-on operational execution
- Experience supporting regional HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to financial services, investment management or other highly regulated industries would be advantageous
