Role Description
The HR Transformation Manager / People Strategy Lead is responsible for driving strategic HR transformation initiatives, workforce modernization, and people-focused operational improvements to support organizational growth and business objectives. This role focuses on enhancing HR processes, employee experience, talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and digital HR initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading HR transformation and people strategy initiatives across the organization
- Developing and implementing workforce planning, organizational development, and employee experience strategies
- Driving HR process optimization, policy enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements
- Collaborating with leadership teams on talent management, change management, and workforce transformation projects
- Supporting digital HR system implementation and HR technology adoption initiatives
- Monitoring HR metrics, workforce analytics, and organizational performance indicators
- Managing employee engagement, culture development, and change communication activities
- Coordinating cross-functional projects related to HR operations and business transformation
- Supporting leadership development, succession planning, and talent retention strategies
- Ensuring compliance with employment regulations, governance standards, and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR transformation, HR business partnering, organizational development, or people strategy roles
- Strong understanding of HR operations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Experience leading transformation projects, change management, or HR process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation abilities
- Experience with HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, and HR technology solutions
- Ability to manage strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration effectively
- Experience in multinational, corporate, technology, healthcare, logistics, or shared services environments is an advantage
