Role Description

This leadership role is responsible for modernizing the Human Resources function through process redesign, operating model improvement, digital HR systems, and people strategy enhancement. The focus is on creating a more efficient, data-driven, employee-centric HR organization aligned with business goals.

Depending on scope:

  • HR Transformation Manager focuses on delivering HR change programs, process improvements, and system implementations
  • HR Consultant focuses on advisory work such as HR diagnostics, workforce strategy, operating model design, and best-practice recommendations
  • HR Transformation Director leads enterprise-wide HR transformation portfolios, regional/global HR modernization, and strategic people change initiatives
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading transformation of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, L&D, and employee lifecycle management
  • Designing HR target operating models, shared services, and centers of excellence (CoE)
  • Driving HR technology implementations and digital HR modernization
  • Improving employee experience, service delivery, and HR process efficiency
  • Standardizing HR policies, governance, controls, and service frameworks
  • Supporting workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational redesign initiatives
  • Managing change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement across HR programs
  • Establishing HR analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and data governance capabilities
  • Coordinating with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders on transformation priorities
  • Managing budgets, timelines, risks, vendors, and benefits realization
Qualifications (Must-have)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 7–15+ years of experience in HR, HRBP, HR operations, transformation, or consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and service delivery models
  • Experience leading HR transformation, HRIS, or organizational change programs
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of talent, performance, rewards, and workforce planning practices
  • Strong communication and change leadership capabilities
  • Experience in multinational or complex organizations preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI credentials
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or UKG
  • Background in consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, or Mercer
  • Experience in shared services, GBS, or HR operating model redesign
  • Strong exposure to HR analytics, automation, AI, or self-service platforms
  • Experience leading regional/global HR programs
  • MBA or Master's degree in HR/Business preferred
