- Conduct online onboarding and training sessions for new hires in large groups. Train recruitment workflows and communication skills to ensure they can start working quickly and effectively.
- Design, summarize, and continuously enhance learning materials based on feedback and recruiters performance.
- Process training evaluation and track their performance after training to measure success.
- Simplify complex recruitment SOPs into clear, concise, user-friendly and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- 3-5 years experience in Training. (having a background in Recruitment or HR Training is a plus).
- Proficiency in online learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), modern instructional design tools, and recruitment sourcing tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable managing and training large groups online.
- Growth-oriented mindset, open-minded and adaptable.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work onsite at assigned locations when needed.
