We are looking for a HR Temporary Staffto support our Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling documentation and data entry in a fast-paced environment. This is for a 6 months contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scanning, photocopying, and archiving HR documents
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the HR team as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- No experience required
- Training will be provided
- Comfortable with data entry, basic documentation and repetitive work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Able to commit for the full contract duration
