Frazer Jones are exclusively partnering with a fast- growth client in the Technology sector, in the search for a Director, HR Technology to lead the global HR tech agenda. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's HR Technology strategy, with Workday as the central platform. You will drive the advancement of automation, AI, predictive insights, digital selfservice and scalable global processes, ensuring the organisation delivers a seamless and modern hiretoretire technology experience.

Acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team, you will ensure People Technology solutions are globally aligned while meeting operational needs across multiple regions. You will oversee Workday optimisation and continuous improvement across all modules, deliver major digital transformation initiatives, strengthen data quality and security, and establish robust governance to support longterm scalability. A key part of the role will involve redesigning processes, implementing selfservice tools, improving workflow automation, and embedding AIdriven insights that elevate the employee, manager and candidate experience.

You will also lead and develop a highperforming People Systems team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence and continuous improvement and ensure strong compliance with global data privacy regulations. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders, guide change, and drive adoption of new digital practices will be central to your success.

The ideal candidate brings 1015+ years of HR Technology leadership experience, with deep handson Workday expertise and a proven track record delivering largescale HR technology, automation and data initiatives across global or multicountry environments.
