12-Month Regional Contract | APAC Exposure | Early Careers & Talent Programmes

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of early career talent programmes across the APAC region, including recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery, and offboarding activities.
  • Oversee relationships with external talent suppliers and programme partners, ensuring effective workforce planning, service delivery, governance, and risk management.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to execute early career talent initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations, hiring processes, and data management requirements.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (ITEs, polytechnics, colleges, and universities) to strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines.
  • Represent the organisation at career fairs, campus engagement events, student visits, and other employer branding activities.
  • Identify and establish new partnerships with educational institutions across APAC to support future talent pipeline development.
  • Support the implementation of regional talent attraction strategies, including scholarship programmes, diversity initiatives, talent pipelines, and employer branding partnerships.
  • Manage and monitor government grants, funding schemes, and incentive programmes related to graduate, intern, and early career hiring initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding programmes, induction activities, and engagement initiatives to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Oversee the delivery of learning, development, and mandatory training programmes for graduates, interns, and early career hires.
  • Support employee transitions and programme completion activities, including graduate and intern offboarding processes.
  • Continuously review programme effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements to optimise the overall participant experience.
  • Manage graduate and internship placements, programme escalations, and day-to-day operational matters in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies, and governance requirements across multiple APAC markets.


Requirements

  • Min. Degree in HR or Business Management
  • Proven experience in early careers recruitment, graduate programmes, talent development, or workforce planning.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering HR, talent acquisition, learning, or workforce-related projects.
  • Good understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and compliance requirements across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and matrix-working skills, coupled with a passion for talent development and creating positive candidate experiences.
