Role Summary:

This is a 1-year contract role where you will be responsiblefor end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire talent for asemiconductor fabrication environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitmentto attract and hire top talent across technical and non-technical functions ina fast-growing semiconductor environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles, including manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify skill gaps, and align on hiring timelines and workforce plans.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and industry networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and panel interviews with stakeholders.
  • Support hiring for specialized semiconductor roles such as process, equipment, yield, and test engineers.
  • Manage the offer process, including compensation alignment, offer preparation, and candidate negotiations.
  • Work closely with HR operations and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including campus hiring, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
  • Track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on semiconductor industry trends and talent market insights.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

  • Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor roles, manufacturing environments, and technical skill requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet hiring deadlines.

This is a 1-year contract position, with potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
