About the Role

12-Month Contract | Technical Recruitment | Talent Sourcing

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and secure top talent.

You will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and role expectations.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, networking, and recruitment partners.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and other specialised positions.
  • Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate suitability against business and technical requirements.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management.
  • Provide market intelligence and recruitment insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data within applicant tracking systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and hiring outcomes.


Requirements

  • Min. Degree in any fieled.
  • Min. 5-8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialised roles within industrial, technology-driven, or high-tech environments.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
