Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
- Administer work passes for foreign employees (applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals).
- Manage bursary applications and administer government grants across entities.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and employment practices.
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
