About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our HR team in the implementation and optimization of the BIPO HR system. This internship is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR systems and digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and configuration of BIPO modules (e.g. payroll, leave, claims, attendance)
- Support data migration, validation, and UAT testing
- Document system workflows and user guides
- Coordinate with internal teams and external BIPO consultants to ensure smooth implementation
- Provide user support and feedback to improve system usability
- Other HR administrative or project tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Singapore Polytechnic and/or University
- Able to commit for at least 3 months, starting immediately
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data handling
- Interest in HR operations and digital tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
