Job Description

ROLE &RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in processing payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate computation of wages, benefits, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in HR and payroll systems.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payslips, tax forms, and salary discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation of payroll reports for HR Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal controls.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks
  • Any other duties from manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll or HR administration.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (Info-Tech).
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Strong numerical and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and office software.
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, pleasant personality and team player
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff
